Welcome to Tidy Spin. By using our website, booking platform, and services, you agree to the following terms: 

Tidy Spin provides laundry pickup, wash & fold, steaming, and delivery services in designated Orange County areas. Customers must schedule online and provide accurate pickup/delivery instructions.

Prices are listed per service type. Additional fees apply for extra weight, rush pickup, add-ons, and oversized loads. Payment is required at the time of booking.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 3 hours before your time slot. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Tidy Spin processes each order separately. However, we are not liable for:

• Items left in pockets 
• Manufacturer defects 
• Normal wear and tear
   

We will assess damage reports within 24 hours of delivery and offer repair, replacement, or service credit at our discretion.

Tidy Spin’s maximum liability per order is limited to $200. Items deemed irreplaceable or of high sentimental value should not be included.

Tidy Spin laundry bags are reusable and remain the property of the client once purchased. Tidy Spin is not responsible for bags lost or left in unsecured areas after delivery.

All logos, content, and designs on tidyspin.com are owned by Tidy Spin and may not be reused without permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates agreement with the latest version.
