How does Tidy Spin work?

We pick up your laundry, clean it using eco-friendly products, and return it folded, pressed, and sealed — typically within 24–48 hours. Just book online and we’ll handle the rest.

What does the 30-minute duration mean when I book an appointment?

This time slot refers to your pickup or drop-off window, not how long the laundry takes. Your laundry will be processed after collection and returned within 1–2 days.

Will my laundry be washed with other customers' items?

Never. Every order is processed separately to ensure your items are cleaned hygienically and receive individual care.

Do you provide hangers for steamed, ironed, or pressed garments?

Yes! Garments included in steaming, ironing, or pressing services are returned on premium hangers, ready to wear and wrinkle-free.

When do I need to pay for my laundry service?

Payment is required at the time of booking to guarantee smooth, contactless service. Any selected add-ons or oversized items will be confirmed before processing.

Why does the Standard Wash & Fold show $50 in appointments but $2.50/lb in product listings?

The $50 base covers up to 20 lbs of laundry at $2.50 per pound. If your laundry exceeds that, you'll simply be billed for the additional weight at the same rate.

How are comforter and weighted blanket services priced?

These specialty items are priced per piece due to their size and care requirements. Add them to your order during booking and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I add extra services to my Standard Wash or Monthly Membership?

Absolutely! You can include services like:

Comforter & duvet care
Weighted blanket washing
Rush pickup windows
Stain treatment
Oversized bag surcharge
Just select your preferences during checkout.

What if I have a special request?

We’re happy to accommodate! Simply leave a note when booking or contact us directly. We’ll make sure your laundry is treated exactly how you like.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Nope! We offer fully contactless pickup and drop-off. Just leave your laundry in a secure, designated spot — we’ll notify you once it’s collected or delivered.

Can you pick up and deliver to my workplace or business?

Yes! We can pick up and drop off laundry at homes, offices, Airbnb properties, and restaurants. Just set your preferred address when booking.

Do you serve Airbnb hosts and restaurants?

Yes! Our Tidy Spin ProCare™ program offers weekly linen pickup, expert pressing, and convenient delivery for short-term rental hosts and commercial clients.

What if I’m not satisfied with my laundry service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something’s not right, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-process your items at no extra cost.

What if my garment is damaged during the cleaning process?

We handle every item with care. If damage occurs, contact us immediately — we’ll either reimburse you or credit the value toward a future service.

How much do your laundry bags cost and what’s their capacity?

Our laundry bags are priced at $15 each. Each bag can hold up to 20 pounds of laundry, making it easy to measure and manage your laundry load.

When will I receive my Tidy Spin laundry bag?

You will receive your Tidy Spin laundry bag during your first pickup. If it’s your first order, you can use any clean bag or hamper to set out your laundry, and we’ll swap it with our official bag upon pickup. This ensures a seamless and hygienic process from your very first order!
